🛠️ Fix: Dejavoo P1 App Going Back to Home Screen

❗ What’s Happening?

If your Dejavoo P1 keeps going back to the black home screen and you have to reopen the app again and again — don’t worry, this is an easy fix.

⚠️ Before You Start

👉 Please batch out your terminal first to make sure no transactions are lost.

✅ Step 1: Batch Out

1. Press Star 

2. Select Option 2 (Batch Out) 

   1. Write down the current TPN Number from the screen for your record. 

3. Wait until it completes

🔧 Step 2: Remove the App

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap System Settings

3. Tap Apps

4. Enter password: 336686

5. Find DVPAYLITE

6. Tap Uninstall

⬇️ Step 3: Install the App Again

1. Open DV Store

2. Tap the ☰ (three lines) in the top-left corner

3. Download and install DVPAYLITE

🔑 Step 4: Activate the App

1. Open DVPAYLITE

2. Enter your TPN number (you can use the same TPN that you had installed) 

3. Tap Download

✅ Done!

Your terminal should now work normally without going back to the home screen.
